TSM Windcat's new CTV enters the fleet

It will be ready to operate on the Saint-Brieuc wind farm, for the resumption of work, as part of the Ailes Marinesproject.

Thomas Services Maritime, a French shipping company, has created a structure with the cooperation of Windcat Workboats, a Dutch company specialising in offshore wind service vessels.

The Windcat Mk 3.5 are aluminium hull and wheelhouse catamarans with a carbon fibre composite cabin.

With a cruising speed of 25 knots, the TSM Windcat 52 can reach a top speed of 31 knots with two 750kW MAN diesel engines.
The vessel is 24 metres long and 7.3 metres wide. It can accommodate 26 people in a cabin with 26 seats. It has a deck area of 51m² at the front (and 11 m² at the stern) with a carrying capacity of up to 10 tons.
