Start of slicing tests

The Aethra ship, chartered by the Prysmian company on behalf of the Ailes Marines , will carry out slicing tests. Prysmian is commissioned by Ailes Marines to supply and install the park's inter-wind turbine submarine cables. The sea slicing tests will be carried out on four main sites, characteristic of the different types of soil in the bay.
The objective of the tests is to validate the slicing tool which will be used for the installation of the inter-wind turbine cables, in order to optimize future construction work on the wind farm and to ensure the safety of future users at the site. interior of the park during its operation (in particular fishermen), by confirming the technical feasibility of burying the cables 100% in the different types of soil encountered.
