The vessel Aeolus has completed its drilling and pile installation operations for the 2022 campaign

As of November 28, the ship Aeolus has finalized the 40th wind turbine position.

It has been in its home port in Vlissingen (Netherlands) for three days to carry out its annual in-depth maintenance, (cleaning and checking of tools, machines and drills) which will last between 1 and 3 months, depending on the needs identified.

TheAeolus will return to the work area in the first quarter of 2023 to continue drilling and pile installation operations on the remaining 22 of the 62 turbine positions.

At the same time, the campaign to lay the inter-wind turbine cables, supplied and installed by the Prysmian company, will begin during the month of December, depending on the weather conditions.
