Successful loading of the topside and jacket foundation
of the substation.

 

On Saturday 11 June, the topside and the jacket foundation of the offshore wind farm substation were successfully loaded. First, the topside, weighing 3,400 tonnes, was loaded at the EQUANS assembly yard in Hoboken, Belgium.EQUANS BeLuxs assembly yard in Hoboken, Belgium.

At the same time, the jacket foundation of the OSS (Offshore Substation), a large structure weighing almost 1,600 tonnes, was safely loaded onto a pontoon from the group's yard in Vlissingen, the Netherlands. Heerema Fabrication Groupyard in Vlissingen, the Netherlands.

A successful loading, which now allows the topside and the jacket foundation to be transported to their final location.

Sailing is scheduled for the end of the month, after which installation will take place at the Saint-Brieuc site.
