What is your educational background?

I first obtained a law degree from the University of Le Havre. I then decided to take a gap year between the end of my degree and the start of the Master's degree. I chose to go to Scotland, to Aberdeen.

On my return, I joined the Master in Maritime Activities Law at UBO.

What is your profession ?
Can you explain your missions to us?

I am a marine and maritime environment manager .

Under the supervision of Marie Thabard, who is responsible for Environmental Compliance , I assist her in obtaining all authorizations and I must be in contact with the different project teams to ensure that these authorizations are taken correctly. taken into account in the project.

Why did you choose the Marine Renewable Energy sector?

The development of new green energies has always interested me, because of its innovative and essential nature. But, I really discovered the Marine Renewable Energy sector during my studies and in particular during my first Master's internship within the maritime prefecture.

Integrating a project of this scale, and particularly that of Saint-Brieuc which resulted from the first call for tenders procedure launched in 2011, is a real opportunity.

I am convinced that the development of renewable energies is essential today.

What are the advantages of being a young person?

innovative and promising sector . For my part, the advantage as a young profile is to have been able to study these projects, particularly from a legal perspective during my studies, and to have been able to follow the evolution of the different projects from an outside perspective in a first time. On the other hand, gaining experience within this pioneering project means having the opportunity to be part of this new dynamic which encourages the development of Marine Renewable Energy .
