Eiffage Metal
The Eiffage Métal company is in charge of the engineering and construction of the upper part of the substation, housing the transformers and electrical equipment. The company also manufactures the substation foundations.
Engie Solutions
The company ENGIE Solutions is carrying out the final assembly work and commissioning tests of the Offshore substation. ENGIE Solutions will carry out the final assembly operations in Hoboken (Belgium) and Vlissingen (Netherlands).

RTE

Navantia-Windar
The Spanish public company specializes in the field of large tonnage shipbuilding. The group ranks fifth among shipbuilders in Europe and ninth in the world. Navantia has experience in the design and construction of offshore steel structures and has the industrial and logistical facilities necessary to manufacture, assemble and load both fixed and floating structures. In recent years, Navantia has manufactured and supplied 71 jacket foundations for Wikinger's Iberdrola wind farms, Germany, East Anglia One, UK, and 4 jacket foundations for Siemens' Nissum Bredning wind farm, in Denmark. Navantia also produced 5 SPAR floating foundations for the Statoil wind farm, Hywind, in the United Kingdom, as well as a floating foundation for EDF.
