Eiffage Metal
Eiffage Métal is in charge of the engineering and construction of the upper part of the substation, housing the transformers and electrical equipment. The company is also building the substation's foundations.

Engie Solutions
ENGIE Solutions is carrying out the final assembly and commissioning tests of the offshore substation. ENGIE Solutions will perform the final assembly operations in Hoboken (Belgium) and Vlissingen (The Netherlands).

GE Grid Solutions
Grid Solutions is a division of GE Renewable Energy that employs more than 15,000 people in 80 countries and serves the needs of its customers worldwide. Grid Solutions helps industries and utilities improve power management; from the point of generation to the point of consumption, optimizing grid reliability, efficiency and resiliency.

RTE
Its role goes far beyond that of electricity transmission. Since electricity can only be stored in limited volumes, it must be consumed as soon as it is produced. At the heart of the electrical system, this role gives us first-rate missions:
- To ensure access to economical, safe and clean electricity supply for all, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, in France and in Europe;

Navantia-Windar
The Spanish state-owned company specializes in the field of large-scale shipbuilding. The group is the fifth largest shipbuilder in Europe and the ninth largest in the world. Navantia has experience in the design and construction of offshore steel structures and has the necessary industrial and logistical facilities to manufacture, assemble and load both fixed and floating structures. In recent years, Navantia has manufactured and supplied 71 jackets foundations for Iberdrola's Wikinger wind farm in Germany, East Anglia One in the UK, and 4 jackets foundations for Siemens' Nissum Bredning wind farm in Denmark. Navantia has also completed 5 SPAR floating foundations for Statoil's Hywind wind farm in the UK and one floating foundation for EDF.
