The drilling and sealing work on the piles of the Saint-Brieuc offshore wind farm comes to an end
Ailes Marines , a company 100% owned by the Iberdrola group, announces today that the campaign of drilling and sealing of the piles which resumed at the end of March has been completed.

All 62 wind turbine positions and the electrical substation were drilled and equipped with piles by the AEOLUS ship from the Van Oord company. Its mission completed, the ship left the work area today.
The installation campaign for the Saint-Brieuc offshore wind farm continues according to the announced schedule.
As of August 25, 35 8 MW wind turbines assembled in Le Havre by Siemens Gamesa have been installed.
Jacket foundation installation operations restarted at the end of June. To date, 48 jackets have been installed.
The wind farm has been producing green electricity since July 6, 2023.
