The Aeolus opens its doors

As the resumption of work approached on Wednesday 9 February, journalists had the opportunity to go on board theAeolus for a visit of this 140 m long and 40 m wide drilling vessel.

The day began with a general presentation and then continued with a detailed visit, during which they were able to observe the internal architecture of the ship.

The operation of the vessel, as well as the drilling jigs and drill heads, were presented by Raphaël Flint, Offshore Installation Engineer, and the Vaan Ordteams.

An update was also given on the improvements made over the winter.
