The TSM Alizé joins the Ailes Marines fleet
This guard vessel built in 2012, is a 45m anchor handling supply tug (AHTS) with a pulling force of 58 tonnes and 300m2 of free deck space.
The TSM Alizé will reach the park area between 26 and 28 December 2021. It sails under the French flag with a French crew of 5 men.
This vessel will reinforce security on the site of the works in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc and was chosen for its superior capacity to withstand difficult weather conditions.
Its actions will be coordinated from the Pleudaniel CCM and its home port will be located in Saint-Malo for the duration of the Saint Brieuc project. The frequency of rotations in the park area remains to be defined in order to maximise its permanence on site.
The TSM Alizé could also be used in the future for AMS missions such as buoy deployment and oil spill response. However, AMS is currently considering OUESSANT for the latter.
