The TSM Alizé joins the Ailes Marines fleet

This guard vessel, built in 2012, is a anchor lifting supply tug (AHTS) with a pulling force of 58 tonnes and 300m2 of free space on the deck.

The TSM Alizé will join the park area between December 26 and 28, 2021. It is sailing under the French flag with a French crew of 5 men.

This vessel reinforces safety at the Saint-Brieuc Bay works site and was chosen for its superior capabilities which allow it to withstand difficult weather conditions.

Its actions will be coordinated from the Pleudaniel CCM and its home port will be located in Saint-Malo for the duration of the work on the Saint Brieuc project. The frequency of rotations in the park area remains to be defined in order to maximize its permanence on site.

The TSM Alizé could also be used in the future for AMS missions such as buoy deployment and combating oil spills. However, AMS is currently considering OUESSANT for the latter.
