March

21

The specific objectives of the CNL of March 19, 2021 are as follows:

  1. Present the construction phase
  2. More accurately present installation work in 2021
  3. Propose rules of use
  4. Remind the changes to the marking already recorded in 2016
  5. Discuss additional marking around the work

This is an essential step to inform all users and so that the maritime prefect can issue an order for the construction phase. This decree aims to regulate uses to ensure the safety of all at sea.

To note

Following the decisions, a CNL report will be drawn up.

The commission issues an advisory opinion to the maritime prefect before the latter issues an order governing navigation and safety rules during park construction work.
