This, according to France Nature Environnement (FNE) Bretagne, is what emerges from a meeting which was held on December 7 between the prefect of Côtes-d'Armor, state services, the Brittany Region , RTE, the project leader of Ailes Marines and a delegation of FNE including Eau & Rivières de Bretagne .
